2016-2017 Tour Conditions and Policies
Please note that a reservation in and payment for the tour(s) constitutes your acceptance of the tour policies as stated.
RESERVATIONS: Reservations may be made by phone, in person, or by mail. Once you have made your reservation, payment can be made via mail, office visit, or credit card over the phone. Reservations will be accepted as long as there is availability, however, tours may sell out at any time without notice. If a tour is sold out, we will place your name on a wait list. No reservations are guaranteed without payment.
PAYMENTS: Day trips require payment thirty (30) days prior to the departure date unless otherwise noted. Tours may sell out quickly, so please book as early as possible. If you would like to go on a tour and it is past the thirty (30) day payment date, please call for availability. Most multi-day trips require payment forty-five (45) to sixty (60) days prior to the trip, but please call for availability after that date. Methods of payment accepted: CASH, CHECKS, TRAVELERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, MASTERCARD OR VISA. All checks should be made payable to ALL AROUND TOURS.
GRATUITIES: ALL AROUND TOURS’ prices include all taxes and gratuities for all included meals and luggage handling at hotels. Driver and tour director gratuities are NOT included but would be greatly appreciated.
Single Day Trips: You may cancel at any time prior to thirty (30) days before the departure date and receive a full refund. If you have to cancel after thirty (30) days prior to departure,we will refund your money if you can find a replacement or if we can get a replacement from our waiting list.
Multi Day Trips: You may cancel at any time prior to forty-five (45) days before the departure date and receive a full refund. If you have to cancel after forty-five (45) days prior to departure, we will refund your money if you can find a replacement or if we can get a replacement from our waiting list All Around Tours recommends the purchase of trip insurance to protect your investment on all multi-day tours.
If we have to cancel a tour at any time, you will receive a full refund.
INSURANCE: Trip Insurance may be purchased through All Around Tours. Please call the office for more information and to receive a brochure.
TRAVEL ETIQUETTE: As you will be part of a group tour, please be considerate to your fellow passengers and be on time for all activities and departures. Refunds will not be given for passengers who are late for any departures. Passengers will be responsible for their own transportation if they miss the bus. Due to the close proximity of other passengers please also be considerate with your use of perfumes, colognes and scented lotions.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS: Smoking and the use of tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, “snuff”, electronic cigarettes and other tobacco substitutes are strictly prohibited from use on motor coach vehicles.
BAGGAGE: For all overnight trips, only one (1) checked bag per person is allowed. Maximum bag weight should be no more than fifty (50) pounds.
RESPONSIBILITY: ALL AROUND TOURS acts solely as an agent in arranging hotel accommodations and other services. It does not assume any liability for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay due to any act or default of any person of any other company or any act of omission, negligence or any other fault of any other sub-agent, carrier, restaurant, hotel or tour operators or suppliers providing this service, and shall not be liable for any inconvenience due to weather, traffic, accidents, acts of God or acts of terrorism. ALL AROUND TOURS tries to follow the description and itinerary of each tour as close as possible. Occasionally things happen that are beyond our control, so we reserve the right to change the itinerary or content of a tour to best protect the safety, comfort and enjoyment of the majority of the tour participants. ALL AROUND TOURS is registered with the State of Florida as a “Seller of Travel”. Registration No. ST37558.
